There are forms and fees that need submitted on various occasions and for different purposes. Here's a list of which form/fee goes to whom:

• Campouts/Trip Permission Slips and Fees: Mr. Wheeler
• Annual Health and Medical Record: Mr. Wheeler
• Scout Achievements (Merit Badge, Rank Advancement, etc.): Mrs. Purcell
• Annual Scout Dues: Mr. Flaherty
• BSA Scout and Leadership Application: Mrs. Purcell
• All other questions and/or concerns: Mr. Oconer
